Private Groups

HaifaA trip to Israel is a life-changing experience.  You will have the chance to walk where Jesus walked, see the Holy sites all over the nation of Israel and pray over all these areas.

Over the past decade, we have been blessed to help thousands of people have the trip of a lifetime in Israel, and we want to help you, too.  We can help you plan your own pilgrimage to the Holy Land for your church or private group, and we can even come with you to lead the trip.  Here is some important information about our private trips...
  • You are eligible, even if you have never led a tour or have never gone to Israel before.  After you fill out the required forms (see below), we will send you a Mobilization Packet, complete with tools to help you as we facilitate your personal tour.
     
  • You will have an English-speaking guide with you at all times, from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.  We will work with you to make sure that you have the very best guides providing professional and experienced service during your trip.
     
  • You may add an Eagles' Wings staff member to your trip package and bring 15 years of expertise and connections in the Land.
     
  • Using the Watchmen on the Wall curriculum and resources, you can also have a commissioning Bedouin Dinner and Camel Rideceremony with the government of Israel during your tour.  We can also arrange for a Watchmen on the Wall seminar in your church.  These seminars are an excellent way to cultivate an understanding about Israel and prepare you for your trip to the Land.
     
  • You choose the time of year, the dates, the length of your stay, the number of people going, and whether you want 3, 4, or 5-star accommodations.  The time of year you wish to go, and also the class level of accommodations will affect your price.
     
  • Regarding group size and free trips:
     
    • You can set the number of paying people required to get one free trip from 5 to 20 people.  You will decide, in consultation with us, how many free trips you need, and how many people you realistically believe you will have in your group.  Please be aware that the number of free trips you need and the number of people you are bringing will affect the group price.
       
    • To bring your own tour, with your own guide and bus, you will need a minimum of 10 paying travelers.  If you are bringing a smaller group, you may want to consider linking with another group that is going.  Joining a larger group can keep costs down, as you are sharing the costs of the guides, busses, etc.
       
    • Also, you may want to consider joining the Eagles' Wings' Feast of Tabernacles Prayer Pilgrimage.  If you join the Eagles' Wings' Feast of Tabernacles Tour, led by Robert Stearns and the Eagles' Wings staff, you will get one free trip with every 15 paying people.
